MOVE-IN

Monday, July 29, 2013: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, July 30, 2013: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Deadline for set-up: 10 pm, July 30, 2013
After 6:00 pm, vehicles will be restricted from moving in and out of the facility. Use the Princess Street entrance for move-in only. Only the north overhead door will be available, exhibitors must drop and go immediately.

SHOW OFFICE

During move-in, office hours are as follows:

Monday, July 29, 2013: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, July 30, 2013: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Please check in during move-in to pick up Exhibitor Kits and passes. Show Office will be open during regular Show hours.

EXHIBITOR PARKING

Please enter at the Main Elphinstone Street Gate. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking passes are provided free of charge to each company. Additional parking hang tags may be purchased for $5.00/day or $25.00/week at the Concession Office located upstairs QCC Conference Room 4.

EXHIBITOR ADMISSION

Admission passes are required for entrance at all gates and entrances into the building prior to event times. Three (3) admission passes per company (and an additional three for each subsequent booth location) will be provided free of charge. Additional admission passes are $6.00/day or $30.00/week at the Concession Office located upstairs QCC Conference Room 4.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING

Space is limited. Semi-serviced spots are available at $30.00/night or $180.00/week. Hangtags can be purchased at the Concession Office located upstairs QCC Conference Room 4.

SECURITY

The commercial exhibits building will be very well secured, however, the security of individual displays and merchandise is the responsibility of the exhibitor. It would be in your best interests to arrive at your booth at least one half hour prior to the opening of the building, and to ensure your booth is not left unattended until all the public are out of the building at closing time. You must wear your Exhibitor Badge for entrance to buildings during off times.

SHOW HOURS

Buildings are open to the public as follows:
Wed. July 31 - Sat. August 3 from Noon – 11:00 pm
Sun. August 4 from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm

All exhibits must be open and staffed during these hours.

MOVE-OUT

All booths must remain set-up for business until 10:00 pm on Sunday, August 4, 2013. Move-out begins at 11:00 pm must be completed by Monday, August 5, 2013 at 5:00 pm.

BOOTHS

Each 10 x 10 inside booth includes:

Draped 8’ high back drop and 3’ high sides
800 watt, 120 volt, 6 amp electrical outlet
Complementary fork lift during move-in and move-out hours.
No end caps allowed.

NEW POLICIES FOR EXHIBITORS

Move In – Only the north overhead door will be available. Exhibitors must drop and go to allow everyone access in a timely fashion.
Move Out – No vehicle access will be allowed at the Princess gate or the north overhead door of the CUEP until 11:00 pm on Sunday Aug 4 due to safety issues of the public still on grounds.
Any vehicles dropping supplies off during event days must do so prior to 11:00 am.

SHIPMENTS/DELIVERIES PRIOR TO SHOW

Shipments of parcel’s and materials delivered prior to the move-in dates of The Queen City Ex for Exhibitors will not be accepted, signed for, or stored at Evraz Place by Evraz employees or stakeholders. All shipments must be made using the warehousing services of GES Canada.
